Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form along with your printed RMA confirmation.

  Ship Securely

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
